The PositionAs the Supply Chain Project Manager in the Material and Structural Analysis Division (MSD) you play a crucial role in managing supply chain change requests related to our ERP system (QAD). The role involves analyzing and approving requested changes, gathering business requirements, crafting test plans, and implementing and communicating desired solutions. You will also be involved in global projects related to the supply chain, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) or workstream lead.Responsibilities- Analyze change requests with IT and business specialists in logistics, service logistics, sales & service operating centers, and GCO.- Provide daily support on supply chain processes within the ERP system (QAD).- Create and provide QAD/ERP trainings- Collaborate with IT to find opportunities for enhancing data and processes, driving testing, implementation, and training.- Provide guidance to the business on tactical solutions and mentor on standardized supply chain processes.- Support the execution of improvement and innovation roadmaps from Business Process Experts.- Participate in other global projects and programs related to the supply chain.- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues in other departments (Logistics, Procurement, Service, GCO, and Finance) across all MSD-sites.Requirements- Proven track record in managing complex and fast-changing environments.- Over 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in project management or supply chain/logistics.- Bachelor's or University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.- Ability to manage multiple projects successfully.- Proficiency in English and MS Office,- ERP Knowledge- Self-motivated and able to handle stress effectively.- Willingness to travel as required.Skills- Problem Solving and Analysis- Proactive Approach- Continuous Quality and Performance Improvement- Building and Maintaining Relationships- Collaboration and Teamwork- Inspire Change and Improvement- Open Communication
