About the Role

Engage is now hiring a passionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist at our partner Assisted Living Facility in Dover, NH!

In this role, you will determine appropriate physical therapy care and treatment for a geriatric population at a wide range of functional levels. You will maximize the quality of life and movement potential within the spheres of promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment or intervention, and rehabilitation. You will create and implement unique treatment plans for the patient's current level of functioning as well as potential improvement while demonstrating superior clinical judgment. Your Typical Day

Tap into your extensive expertise and sincere passion for helping others as you assess and treat active older adult patients. Engage in

one-on-one one-hour

physical therapy within our warm and welcoming in-house outpatient clinics. Develop bonds not just with patients, but with their families, doctors, and fellow team members, ensuring collaborative care and successful outcomes. You will be a great fit for this role if you bring the following: Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy Active or pending state license to practice physical therapy Experience or interest in a geriatric physical therapy setting Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage and interact positively with a diverse patient population of all ages Drive to continually learn and grow
