Our client is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the human resources department. This role involves supporting the HR director while having a direct impact with employee relations, benefits, talent acquisition & more. The ideal candidate has HR management experience & has had direct reports within HR. Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyBridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesManage the recruitment and selection processSupport current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitalBenefit AdministrationDevelop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationNurture a positive working environmentAssess training needs to apply and monitor training programsReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource management
