Evaluate and Develop
personalized treatment plans for patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.Implement
therapeutic exercises and modalities to support patient recovery and enhance functional mobility.Monitor and Document
patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.Educate
patients and families on exercises and techniques that promote long-term independence.Participate
in team meetings to discuss patient progress and contribute to a collaborative care approach.Qualifications:
Education : Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Licensure : Valid California Physical Therapist license.Experience : Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required.Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.Benefits:
