Paid Media Performance Specialist

to manage and optimize our client’s digital marketing efforts. The

Performance Specialist

will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, PPC advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO).

Paid Media ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Conduct keyword research and analysis to develop targeting strategies and budget recommendations.Create effective search ad copyManage budgets and bids to maximize ROI and achieve performance targetsTrack and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for optimization and improvementCreate and present regular performance reports to stakeholdersApply industry knowledge and professional experiences to answer complex questions and problem solve technical issues.

SEO ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website trafficConduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential search termsOptimize website content and structure to improve visibility and relevancyMonitor and analyze website analytics data to identify areas for improvement and track progressSetup and monitor local directories and Google Business accountsStay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates

RequirementsExperience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Yext and Google BusinessStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and hold self accountable to exceed goalsOptimize personal work processes and drive results through time management
