Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Service Chief for the Child and Adolescent Day Hospital program on our new Baltimore/Washington Campus. This facility, just opened in 2021, provides our patients with a state-of-the-art environment for acute behavioral health care services. The day hospital treats adolescents with mood disorders, anxiety, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), oppositional defiant disorder, and other mental health conditions.The Service Chief is responsible for ensuring that quality psychiatry services are provided to the patients of the day hospital. The role is a mix of both administrative and clinical duties, seeing around 10 adolescents per day and being part of the weekend inpatient attending pool. The Service Chief works with the Program Director of Day Programs on clinical programing.
