We leverage our global reach and extensive asset network to serve our customers and consumers around the world.To address the growing requirements for corporate reporting and analysis, LDC has initiated the implementation of an advanced BackOffice solution, leveraging SAP S/4, known as Project BOLD – BackOffice Louis Dreyfus.The role of the Senior Solution Specialist for Accounting And Tax is pivotal in facilitating change and playing a crucial part in our ambitious SAP Program.Applicants are encouraged to consider joining the team if driven by the aspiration to make meaningful contributions and are eager to have a notable impact through their work.Mission:The role of the Senior Solution Specialist for Accounting & Tax is to ensure the effective implementation of business processes related to accounting and taxes within the company's back-office systems and trading tools.Key Responsibilities:Solution Oversight:

Oversee accounting and tax solutions and their interaction within the finance and trading software ecosystem.Design solutions based on business needs and collaborate on designing flows spanning various applications.Maintain close collaboration with different departments.Ensure continuous improvement of processes, including generating change requests.Manage new requirements and ensure up-to-date documentation for the solution.Oversee change management processes associated with the solution.

Expertise and Leadership:

Play a key role in the highest expertise team by offering proposals and information to support decision-making by solution’s Subject Matter Experts.Translate business needs into solutions and manage business relationships to define priorities and business value.Lead topics in Rollout, Ad-Hoc and other Projects.Ensure effective communication and take ownership of measurable indicators (KPIs).Collaborate, inform, and communicate with partner applications to ensure end-to-end design.Develop action plans for continuous improvement and resolution of recurring incidents.

Support and Team Development:

Provide support to level 3 teams for complex matters.Transfer knowledge to the support team to enhance their autonomy in handling the solution.Provide guidance and mentor Solution Specialists within the team.

Others:

Contribute to companywide initiatives as an integral member of the back-office team.Work closely with various teams to implement company initiatives.The role involves solution design, managing business relationships, and supporting improvements.

Experience:[Must] 3 years experience in IT projects[Must] Experience with SAP[Plus] Experience working in an international multi-cultural environment[Plus] Experience working in a large IT company, team-oriented & collaborative environmentIT Skills:[Must] Experienced in IT best practices[Must] Experienced in SAP FI Module[Plus] Experienced in SAP FI Tax[Plus] Experienced with test campaign executions & automation tools[Plus] Experienced with interface implementation[Plus] Experience with JIRA and ServiceNowSoft Skills:[Must] Great relationship and ability to work with multiple teams[Must] Ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions[Must] Ability to demonstrate critical thinking[Must] Strong analysis, synthesis & communication capacity (written & oral)[Must] Flexibility/adaptability in a quickly changing background scenario & no uncomfortable feelings in front of ambiguityEducation:Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related fieldLanguages:Additional:The job will be in France at Louis Dreyfus Company offices.
