Business System Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a background in Healthcare IT and strong technical skills to support system documentation, configuration reviews, and testing for clinical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with Epic Clarity, SQL, and agile methodologies, along with proficiency in Azure.

Key Responsibilities

•Document platforms, configurations, and execute comprehensive system reviews and test plans

•Evaluate clinical systems and collaborate with application owners and solutions architects to design and document data flows

•Translate service requests and incidents from partners and track work items to completion

•Manage change requests through the established change management process

•Support the QA team to ensure delivery of high-quality products

Required Qualifications

•5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience

•Experience in Healthcare IT, particularly with Epic Clarity

•Proficiency in SQL and experience working with various RDBMSs

•Ability to read scripting language in Python

•Familiarity with agile environment and scrum framework

•Azure experience

•Experience creating system documentation, release notes, and testing documentation

•Experience performing root cause analysis on processes
