Process Development Leader
to develop and implement new processes and be an integral part of our supply chain providing leadership, facilitation, coaching, training, and mentoring within a team-based environment. You’ll develop and manage the supply chain procure-to-pay process, lead continuous improvement activities, and provide facilitative leadership to ensure adherence to our policies, regulations, and internal requirements.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Support external audits and manage associated corrective actions for regulated processes.Develop common best practice for 20+ Global Supply Chain Process over 5 business units and 24 sites.Coach to solve problems, remove barriers, work with other cross-functional departments and conduct organized, effective meetings.Develop/conduct/support training workshops, project teams.Provide process improvement support to all divisions and operating units across Moog A&D and support the necessity to implement process improvements and teams with a sense of urgency.Encourage, motivate and foster an environment for employees to be receptive to change.Perform a variety of duties, changing often from one task to another without loss of focus or purpose while identifying and defining problems, evaluating alternatives, and implementing cost-effective solutions.Lead development of new process or improvement of existing process to gold standard.Plan, project manage and communicate a schedule of process improvements to meet internal and external customer expectations.Here’s what you’ll bring with you…Typically possess a BA degree in a Business related field and 5 years of progressive experience in a regulated field such as government procurement, aerospace, defense, finance, medical, automotive.Operating knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and DCMA/DCAA audit procedures for US government procurement.Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal and presentation) and the ability to effectively communicate with, and influence internal staff, external auditors and regulatory agencies.U.S. Citizen or U.S. person as defined by the ITAR.Ability to travel, domestic and international, up to 10% annually.Our Benefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits on day one.Flexible planned vacation.401K, profit share, and employee stock purchase options.Tuition reimbursement program.Inclusive company culture.Onsite wellness center, pharmacy, and vision center.Nature trails on campus.Salary Range Transparency:Buffalo, NY
$75,000.00–$130,000.00 AnnuallySalary Range Disclaimer:
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
