Demonstrating knowledge of Microsoft D365 (Installation, development, configuration, and administration);
Advising on complex MS Dynamics 365 business cases and proposing solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, 3rd parties and customizations;
Working closely with Functional Solution Architects, PMO and client IT teams to architect technology solutions to meet client needs;
Leading technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client's business objectives;
Translating business/technical requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage the Microsoft D365 platform;
Leading and delivering through the lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 solution implementation through the Assessing, Designing, Developing, Deploying and Operationalizing stages with with onshore and offshore teams;
Providing industry leading practices and guidance through each of the stages to optimize cost and deliver a highly efficient and performing solution;
Supporting in-solution design with industry leading practices to address client interface and performance requirements and design for integration with external systems and business processes through adapters, accelerators and 3rd party tools;
Identifying creative workarounds to meet requirements with or without the development of custom code;
Customizing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, migrating data from external systems, conducting and supporting solution testing, assisting with functional, system and user acceptance testing, and conducting and supporting user and administrator training;
Designing and integrating business processes and data flows between D365 applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP/Office 365/other Line Of Business applications;
Managing data migrations including determining the appropriate software to achieve objectives, providing detailed plans, and providing direction for setting up the extraction, transformation and load and,
Assisting sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate in client presentations and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary.
Demonstrates extensive abilities and success in utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an architect/technical capacity, including:
Performing key contributions to the lifecycle stages of a Dynamics 365 Solution (Assessment, Design, Development, Deployment, Testing, Operations and Diagnostics);
Utilizing Microsoft BI suite, MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services to manage the reporting lifecycle (Report Design, Creation, Publishing, Subscription, Alerts);
Developing custom D365 forms, screens, views, workflows and reports using the product as well as the SDK and Developer Toolkits; and,
Performing data migrations and integration mappings using SQL Integration Services, Scribe or Web Services, middleware such as WCF or BizTalk Server.
Demonstrates extensive success as a team leader, supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation, answering questions and providing direction to less-experienced staff, and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
