We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Manager to join our Advisor Growth team. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ, Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Enable the Advisor Growth team to develop and execute the strategic vision/roadmap for the Lead Generation Platform
Lead the requirements definition for a new and differentiated product/platform build; establish and align teams around delivery goals.
Provide leadership support to multiple pod-level Product Owners and ensure alignment across multiple pod-level product backlogs.
Accountable for all risks originated from services delivered (including remediation efforts) & owns, manage and aggregate’s view of risk across Product/Platform.
Continuously groom & reprioritize pod backlogs, provide strategic input & decisioning, manage & reduce blockers, & ensure continuous flow of work for pods.
Provide day-to-day direction to guide Lead Generation Platform operations and evaluate the impact of the Product against established scorecard.
Collaborate with Lead Generation Platform Leadership to share progress, flag challenges, and codify lessons learned.
Manage issue escalations and risks.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Domain expertise in developing new products from the ground up; zero to one experience
Ability to frame product definition and requirements across the end-to-end platform build
Experience working in an agile environment.
Passion for changing status quo and driving out-of-the-box ideas.
Eagerness to ‘roll up the sleeves’ in execution and learning; pushes the team to do the same.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Ability to make hard and fast decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills.
7 + experience within a Product environment
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $221,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.Employer Description:
