Demonstrates in-depth level abilities and/or a proven record of success managing efforts with identifying and addressing client needs including:
Experience with BMC Helix ITSM and related service management, ITAM, ITOM modules and how they are implemented across different operating models (ITIL);
Working with industry leading discovery technologies (SCCM, ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.) and how they integrate with the BMC Helix product suite;
Designing business and technical architectures related to ITSM Transformations;
Integrating and implementing the ecosystem of tools integral to ITSM Transformations;
Developing and re-engineering IT processes, capabilities, and controls in a proven and efficient way;
Understanding complex and diverse client architecture and translating into a target-state ITSM solution design;
Creating technical design documents and implementation playbooks for target-state ITSM solutions;
Designing technical architectures related to ITSM capabilities, including integration design with downstream IT monitoring and observability tools within the client ecosystem; and,
Developing solution designs for capturing full IT asset footprint within the AMDB and CMDB; including architecting integrations with common asset configuration tools (SCCM, JAMF, etc.) and BMC Discovery product tooling.
Demonstrates in-depth level abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Identifying and developing opportunities to assist clients with organizational maturity;
Bringing together the right perspectives, identify roadblocks, and integrate feedback from clients and team members;

The salary range for this position is: $130,000 - $256,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
