About The Role:

As a CBRE IWMS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a client or set of client’s internal applications.

What You'll Do:

Receive, process, and complete client requests, and raise complex issues as needed.

Research and resolve end-user IWMS application service requests and incidents.

Suggest service and process improvement methods.

Assist Workplace Strategy Lead in developing and ensuring adherence to Playbooks and best practices.

Maintain a strong and positive relationship with colleagues and clients.

Act in accordance with the contracted service level agreement and maintain high-level customer satisfaction ratings.

Align with and extend quality assurance procedures, including auditing records or a change control log to monitor work history.

Other duties may be assigned.

Associate’s degree with 1 -3 years of experience. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge or experience in construction, architecture, and/or facilities management is helpful

Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly sophisticated problems.

Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

Solid understanding of Tririga Portfolio, Lease, Space, and CAD Integrator modules (user level)

Proficiency with Google Suites.

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the IWMS Specialist position is $33.65 per hour and the maximum compensation for the position is $50.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
