Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As part of the PEVC - TMT team you advise Private Equity investors in SaaS & software businesses, unlocking growth opportunities. As a Director, you set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining significant executive-level client relations. You are crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the future leaders.

Advise Private Equity investors in SaaS & software businesses

Unlock growth opportunities through due diligence

Lead transformational initiatives to improve technical scalability

Drive impact in technology strategy and software development

Oversee multiple projects, confirming top-quality delivery

Maintain executive-level client relationships

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

What You Must Have

Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering

10 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
