Position responsible for the implementation, maintenance, support, documentation, and training of FSCM globally. This position is also responsible for the maintenance, support, process improvement identification and implementation, project management and training for the FI modules of SAP. This includes maintaining conformity with Company and Group standards, identifying and prioritizing Business Systems tasks in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.KEY SKILLS/TALENTS/KNOWLEDGE

:Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines as a team leader and as an individualAbility to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneouslyProject management including documentation, budgeting, reporting and planningMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsOrganized, self-disciplinedAbility to document system processes and maintain documentation with changes.Strong time management and project estimation skillsSAP implementation project management skills.Ability to interact effectively with all team members and support the group's effortsUnderstanding of Technical System Areas.Understanding of the business area covered by the module.Strong analytical skillsBasic understanding of infrastructure systems.Advanced knowledge of ERP systemsAbility to work with colleagues with language barriers and time differencesWillingness and ability to travel as required5 years experience with ABAP program.Expertise knowledge of SAP's FSCM module to satisfy implementation, configuration and support.S/4 HANA experienceKnowledge of FI module to satisfy configuration and support requirements.Application knowledge in BW, ABAP and PI/XI.Application knowledge in Web-Services.Exposure to eCATT, BAdIs, User exits, Data Mapping, LSMW, Smart Forms, ABAP Queries, ALE, IDOCs, Report Writer and Painter and possess an ability to propose and justify technical solutionsConfiguration/customization knowledge & experience in at least one SAP module for at least 7 years.Project management experience.Knowledge of ITIL a plusDETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

:Certain degree of traveling necessary to support locations globally for implementation and support.Maintain close functional work relationship to German SAP Competency Center members. Travel to SAP CC Germany inevitable.Ability to interact effectively with all team members and support the group's efforts.Maintain and customize as necessary to further developments and improvements.Seek out improvements to processes and the system to increase productivity & efficiency.Conceptual design, realization, documentation and maintenance of system and department processes.Support, maintenance and user training of business processes in module(s) of responsibility.Design, creation, documentation, maintenance and administration of end user training.Monitor project process, maintain progress metrics and report to IT management.Lead FI and FSCM key users.Responsible for FSCM Dispute, Collections and Credit Management globally and lead projects and rollouts of these modules for all TRUMPF locations worldwide.Monitor, update and resolve service requests in the helpline ticketing system.Document time in SAP PS.On-call as needed during off hours.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:Undergraduate Degree/Business or Computer Science/TechnologyGraduate Degree PreferredSAP Implementation experience in at least one module for at least 7 yearsSAP conversion experience from ERP to S/4 HANATRUMPF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
