If you meet the qualifications, please apply or reach out to the FusionHCR team!Qualifications:Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration and any other certification or license, as required by law or policy.Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications preferred.CompTIA Security+, ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications preferred.3 years of experience in Information Technology.3 years of experience in system administration including knowledge of with the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, group policy processing and unattended (silent) installations of Windows operating systems.3 years of experience in SCCM to deploy Windows OS patches.Experience with using Flexera Admin Studio, Install Shield or other Enterprise Packaging Software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Working knowledge of key ITIL processes – Continuous Improvement, Change, Incident, Problem, Release, and Service Request Management.Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.Responsibilities:Administer and specialize in Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) capabilities to ensure large enterprise network patch management, distribution and compliance functions are met.Ensure that device patching is planned, tested thoroughly and deployed with minimum service disruption while meeting Corporate IT and Cyber Security standards.Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM client health issues that prevent patches from automatically installing.Monitor workstation patch compliance and manually install patches in order to meet Corporate IT standards.Monitor server patch compliance and manually intervene to install patches during scheduled server maintenance window.Develop advanced scripts using PowerShell, Batch or VBScript for both Windows 7 and Windows 10 to automate software removal or mitigate identified vulnerabilities.Create application packages and deployments in SCCM.Thoroughly test application packages and deployments before making them available.Troubleshoot SCCM deployment issues of application packages and when necessary, engage with Desk Side Support team to ensure a complete and accurate delivery.Manage the configuration of complex maintenance windows to ensure minimal downtime to shared services and applications.Collaborate with Vulnerability Management team to perform scans to accurately report on patch compliance.Generate management reporting on patch compliance and SCCM client health by device type.Develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.Translate business requirements into technical specifications; collaborate with the IT Architecture team to design holistic IT solutions.Apply technical knowledge to solve a variety of technological challenges.Work with inter-disciplinary teams to ensure secure, reliable system implementations and upgrades are performed within defined project parameters.Adhere to SDLC, and project governance internal and regulatory (Sarbanes Oxley & Gaming Control) guidelines, policies, and procedures.Create and maintain applicable system documentation.Cross-train and share both business and technology related knowledge with other IT Engineers.Work cross-functionally with IT peers and business partners.
