Successful candidates will work in our world-class lobbies engaging, entertaining, and caring for our patients. This person will lead all non-clinical aspects of the dental practice including operations, staffing, scheduling, patient care, patient satisfaction, health and safety compliance, oral healthcare education, marketing outreach and overall performance of all non-clinical staff.Bring us your Smile-DNA and BIG personality!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Champion Rodeo's High-Performance Culture by ensuring the perfect appointment and patient flow is executed successfully each day. Responsible for the overall TPV, production, and revenue generated at the office.Ensure treatment coordination and patient consultations are in line with preferred treatment practices and suggestions.Experience in a Treatment Coordinator role, or the ability to learn the Treatment Coordinator role, is required in order to assist current Treatment Coordinators or fulfill the role when needed.Maintain team accountability to Rodeo's policies and proceduresEvaluate and maximize daily schedule for increased productionDedicated focus to Patient Outcomes and Patient ExperienceFoster team collaboration, share information and ideas, and push team to innovateDirect the Morning Opportunity Meeting, communicate staff assignments and plans, and motivate team Work closely with the team to ensure the appointment board and the status of patients is optimized appropriately Identify potential patient escalations and engage the Doctors, Regional, and Corporate resources as required to discuss issues, seek out root causes, and provide solutions to systemic issuesBuild strong relationships with all doctors to facilitate treatment and employee satisfactionEnsure all record keeping is 100% accurate at all times.Make sure the staff always remains 100% credentialed and certified, while performing their dutiesOptimize dental supply inventories - control costs while ensuring supplies are available to meet treatment requirementsCoordinate and work closely with HR regarding all hiring, training, counseling, and all other employee relations needsImmerse yourself and office personnel in the surrounding community for greatest outreach potentialResponsible for the overall TPV, production, and revenue generated at the office.Qualifications:3+ years dental experience is required2+ years' experience in customer service5 years of previous leadership or management experience is preferredExcellent time management skillsPrevious dental assisting experience is highly desirableDental practice management software (Open Dental/Dentrix) experience helpfulWorking knowledge of MS Office and/or Google Suite TechnologiesExperience with social media marketing is a plusBilingual (Spanish) is requiredBenefits:401(k)Employee discountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offReferral programVision insuranceEEO Statement:Rodeo Dental is committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
