Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the HR Operations Supervisor at DISH, you will lead a team to enhance the employee experience by elevating HR Operations to new standards of excellence. Your role includes overseeing a team that handles inquiries on DISH guidelines, benefits, leaves, immigration, HRIS, and retirement plans, while providing clear escalation paths and expectations.

You will harmonize HR processes to ensure a consistent experience, collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive process improvements, and resolve complex challenges to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Deliver Support for Moments that Matter: Handle employee interactions related to benefits, immigration, and accommodations with care, empathy, and professionalism; every touchpoint will reflect your commitment to enhancing the employee experience.Collaborate & Ensure Compliance: Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations; your work will harmonize operations and drive compliance across the organizationLead with Passion: Guide, mentor, and energize a team of HR Operations Associates; your dynamic leadership will empower them to deliver outstanding service, significantly boosting employee satisfaction and driving team successDrive Excellence: Conduct one-on-one check-ins, monthly quality reviews, and performance evaluations to foster team growth and deliver outstanding service; your proactive approach will drive both individual and team successCreate a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Develop personalized growth plans and encourage innovation within your team; always seek ways to refine processes and leverage technology to enhance the HR journey for employeesElevate the Employee Experience: Act as a subject matter expert for complex HR inquiries and cases; your guidance will ensure that employees feel heard, respected, and well-supported throughout their HR interactionsFoster Seamless Communication: Organize and lead team meetings to keep everyone aligned and informed; continuously refine HR processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization and its employees

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related customer service role, with a proven track record of managing various HR functions and successfully leading and mentoring a team of 5-10 employees

Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience navigating HR systems and processes in a fast-paced environment, coupled with exceptional facilitation, presentation, and communication skillsA strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost care

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/YearBenefits
