Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Ridgefield Park, NJ and provide end-user support. Fluency in Korean language is preferred (not required).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
Stage and build systems
Complete special projects as requested
Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Skills and Qualifications:
Good communication skills
Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
iOS and Android working knowledge
Good customer support skills
Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
Walk-up and remote support service experience
$26.00 - $27.00 per hour
