Job Description
A large global retailer in the Northwest Arkansas area is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone with a strong analytical mindset, advanced technical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
Product Lifecycle Management: Understand and apply basic principles of product lifecycle management to support product development and improvement.
SQL Expertise: Utilize advanced SQL skills to query databases, extract data, and perform complex data manipulations.
Power BI Dashboarding: Create advanced Power BI dashboards and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable manner.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve data-related issues and improve data quality.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, finance, and IT, to support data needs and drive business outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
4-6 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
Experience with product lifecycle management
Expertise in Power BI and creating complex visualizations
Strong understanding of financial principles and experience in financial analysis
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R. null
