Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Business Analyst focused on S/4HANA MM implementation and integration. This role involves working across complex, multi-functional areas to ensure optimal utilization of SAP S/4 MM modules and related interfaces, supporting ongoing solutions, and migration projects. The SAP MM Business Analyst will be responsible for configuration, functional design, testing, and coordinating managed service providers, ensuring the seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, PP, and QM. Key Responsibilities:•Lead SAP S/4 MM module implementation, configuration, and integration projects, including Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, and Master Data Management (Materials, Routings, BOMs).•Analyze business requirements and develop functional solutions to meet business needs.•Create and maintain functional specifications, test plans, and test cases, ensuring alignment with business requirements.•Conduct fit-gap analysis through engagement with business units and SAP teams, reviewing current standards to ensure best practices.•Act as the bridge between product teams, business units, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project delivery.•Oversee system maintenance, including SAP S/4 MM, interfaces, and integration with SAP modules and third-party systems.•Perform solution build and testing activities for SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.•Ensure adherence to coding standards, frameworks, and tools for improved development efficiency and scalability.•Document requirements, lead workshops, and provide clear communication to stakeholders.Required Qualifications:•Minimum 8+ years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on SAP MM.•3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM implementations.•Advanced configuration skills in SAP MM, including Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, MRP, and Long-Term Planning.•In-depth understanding of integration points with SAP modules such as SD, FI, PP, and QM.•Proficiency in creating functional specifications, documentation, and project-related artifacts.•Experience with global ERP implementations and knowledge of multi-country localization requirements.Preferred Qualifications:•Working knowledge of SAP ARIBA.•Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems, ensuring smooth data flow and communication.•Strong understanding of cross-module SAP functionalities and related business processes.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction and workshop facilitation.Education: Bachelors Degree
