Required QualificationsMust float to one other specialty area: PICU, PP (renamed AOC), Pedi, or MS.PICU float requires exp with all ages- infants-young adults.Couplet Care required for PP float!The RN will need to have a skills checklist for the respective float area.PALS needed for Pedi and PICU---NRP needed for NICU.
