We are seeking highly motivated consultants to join our Implementation Teams. As an Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for the successful deployment and customization of software for clients. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, time management, and communications. The Implementation Specialist works closely with clients to understand their business processes, configures the platform accordingly, and provides training and support during the implementation phase. You will support projects from initiation to go-live, ensuring the software is configured to meet the specific needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and document requirements, understand business workflows, and translate them into technical configurations.
Provide regular updates and any issues on project progress, milestones, and timelines.
Customize and configure software according to client specifications, including workflows, automation rules, and integrations with other tools.
Set up user roles, permissions, and other system configurations to align with the client’s organizational structure and security policies.
Ensure data migration and system integration are performed accurately and efficiently.
Participate on multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
Collaborate with client teams such as product development and support to resolve technical issues.
Conduct thorough testing of system configurations to ensure the platform operates as expected.
Ensure that all deliverables meet the client’s quality standards and align with agreed-upon specifications.
Provide training to end-users and administrators on the features and functionalities of the platform.
Create and update training materials, user guides, and implementation documentation.
Offer post-implementation support and troubleshoot any issues that arise after go-live.
Gather client feedback to identify areas for product improvement and provide suggestions to the product development team.
Stay up to date with new features and updates to the platform and incorporate them into future implementations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Have a “can-do” attitude, and a willingness to learn and try new things.
A confident communicator, who makes sense of complex ideas and conveys them to others in a way that is easy to understand.
Interested in any (or all) of the following: Software Consultancy, Project Management, and Data Analytics.
Excited to help drive innovation, offer new ideas, and think up fresh ways of tackling problems.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field is a plus.
Customer service experience.
Good all-round basic IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
