to join our team as a regular full-time employee. The successful candidate will be a fast learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks and possess excellent analytical, listening and communication skills, both oral and verbal; and will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively. This position is for a hands-on developer who can work in an agile environment as a team member helping to complete sprints. We need someone who can create readable and well-maintainable code that is thoroughly unit tested.Job Responsibilities:Researching, designing, and writing new code.Maintaining existing code.Testing, troubleshooting, and debugging new and changed code.Responsible for projects from design to deployment.Job Requirements:Experience with one or more front-end tools such as ASP.NET, Razor Pages, Vue, and ReactJS.Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core).Experience with writing effective APIs.Proficiency in TDD methodologies and SOLID principles.Knowledge of database systems (SQL Server, NoSQL, etc.).Take ownership and pride in your work.The preferred applicant will possess the following skill set:Experience in the Insurance, Finance, or E-commerce industries.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, especially Azure DevOps is a plus.Familiarity with Dapper and Entity Framework.Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).We offer a competitive base compensation plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including a generous Profit Sharing Plan.
