Position Description:

As an Internal Control Analyst specializing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our federal client's operations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement effective internal control processes and tools. Your expertise will help identify risks, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
The position is located in Fairfax, VA at the CGI office, but hybrid work from home, office, or client site in Washington, DC is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Provide internal control domain expertise.
Conduct thorough analysis of current internal control processes and tools and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective internal control frameworks.
Develop and document policies and procedures to support internal control objectives.
Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make necessary adjustments.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Provide training and support to staff on internal control processes and best practices.
Participate in and lead client stakeholder meetings.
Provide analysis of internal control issues.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Business analysis experience with a proven background in internal controls and tools
Experience working directly with clients and ability to lead meetings
Issue resolution experience
Action Oriented
Critical/Analytical Thinking
Communication (Oral/Written)
Client Management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Project, Excel)
Proficient with Structured Query Language (SQL)
Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $60,300.00 - $146,800.00.
