We are hiring for a multinational company leader in the industrial manufacturing segment.Job title:
Financial ControllerKey Responsibilities :Manage site industrial and financial performance through daily, weekly, monthly and yearly indicators and toolsEnsure accuracy of management control and costing information in the ERP system of the siteEnsure reliability of site gross margin and site below gross margin expenses during closing processProvide all supporting information for closing entries (cut off adjustments, accruals, risk estimates).Implement key internal control processes regarding site assets (physical counts)Monitor site productivity plans (labor, overheads, material).Monitor manufacturing launch of R&D projects in coordination with R&D centers of the groupManage site accounting teamElaborate and report all information related to profitability analysis by product.Support sales and R&D management control as well as project managers by ensuring proper supply of all costing information from sites.Site interface for tax credit, R&D grants and subsidies.Prepares statutory accounts and monthly financial reporting in line with USGAAPManage monthly tax charge and annual tax returnsEnsure accurate monthly tax declaration (VAT; customs & duties )Coordinates information on all changes in local regulation principles regarding accounting and taxesEnsure monthly closing files elaboration with appropriate supporting documentationReconciliation of USGAAP/Statutory equityPerform other duties as assigned. A more detailed JD will be provided during the selection process.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance or related field of study with applicable experience5 to 7 years experience in either a projects business (preferred) or manufacturing plantStrong sense of ownership & accountabilityAbility to build relationships while challenging and pro-actively driving improvements and changeDemonstrates an inquisitive nature with exceptional analytical, critical reasoning, and communication skillsDesire to understand the product/solutions and not just the numbersStrong demonstrated use of ERP Module, Excel and PowerPointOther information:
