Mid-Level Associate
to join their
Corporate & Securities practice group in
Denver, Portland, or Seattle (link removed)>Candidate Profile:
JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction is required.
At least 3 years
of experience in
public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance (link removed)>Strong legal writing, communication, and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise public companies on reporting and compliance, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters.
Work on corporate governance and transactional issues for both public and private companies across various industries.
Collaborate with a team of experienced practitioners on sophisticated legal matters at a national level.
Why Join?This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range from
$260,000 to $390,000
annually, depending on experience and qualifications. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. The firm provides a
