Schedule:4-Day Shift (Maintenance Technician) - 2 Openings - 4PM - 2:30AMWeekend Shift - 3 Openings - 6PM - 6:30AM/Fri. - Sun.Role Responsibilities:
Perform reactive and predictive maintenance, focusing on electronics, sensors, and safety relays.
Repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Work on gravity and pressure feed piston fillers.
Communicate issues with chillers/boilers.
Determine root causes and implement solutions.
Install, inspect, and repair equipment like pumps, compressors, valves, and piping.
Interpret mechanical drawings.
Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, tanks, flowmeters, load cells, and fluid transfer components.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
3-5 years experience in automated machinery maintenance.
Experience with packaging equipment (labelers, fillers, cappers, printers, cartoners, bundlers, sleevers, heat tunnels, and case sealers) is highly desired.
Knowledge of PLCs is a plus.
