2nd Shift Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Privately-Held Manufacturer with Continued Expansion Plans in South Carolina

Client Information:Our client, a privately-held manufacturer with locations on the east coast but notably in South Carolina since the early 2000s, produces their own brands and private-label brands for industries including food service, healthcare, education and industrial markets.

In the last three years, the client has invested over $3 million in automation equipment, creating craftsman jobs with opportunities for advancement.Benefits and Features:

8-hour shifts (Monday through Friday). Currently, hiring for 2nd Shift.

Your role with the Company:

Responsible for performing maintenance tasks assigned through CMMS software, completing repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on various equipment, and supporting emergency maintenance needs.

Background:

Experience working with schematics, remoting into PLCs, electrical (120 to 480V)/ cabinet work (voltage and hone out, loose cables, arc flashing, vacuum/clean out) is encouraged.

Maintenance experience on cylinder sensors, changing feeds/speeds, working on coolers/heat exchangers,

breakers, transformers is encouraged.

Experience with minor welding is a plus, but must have experience maintaining and troubleshooting hydraulic pumps, daily rounds of PMs, changing out blades, conveyor system troubleshooting (electrical and mechanical).

High School diploma or GED is required.

Mechatronics Systems Technician certification or degree preferred.
