to discover all that we can do when we bring healing hearts, inquisitive minds and progressive visionaries together in our Department of Family Medicine team at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center - Mercy, in Charlotte, NC.The Department of Family Medicine at Atrium Health is seeking an Academic Hospitalist for our medical school affiliated medical center, CMC Mercy Hospital.
Responsibilities include hospital-based patient care, teaching and supervision of family medicine and psychiatry residents and students from the Wake Forest School of Medicine.The Department has over 16 faculty members and 36 residents. Wake Forest University School of Medicine will open its Charlotte campus in 2025. The new campus will increase national recognition and prominence of Atrium Health and Wake Forest University School of Medicine in key areas, including Aging and Mobility, Alzheimer's Disease, Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Diabetes & Obesity, Pain & Addiction and Regenerative Medicine.Atrium Health
