POSITION SUMMARY
Assist employees with telephone, email, or trouble ticket enquiries to resolve or escalate IT systems issues and problems. As the first point of access for IT queries, this role provides support and incident management for IT Systems faults and service requests.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first line response for users requiring assistance with information technology issues and problemsRespond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and/or using a ticket management systemEscalate more involved problems to the appropriate team membersQuickly and accurately determine incident scope and impactSupport and be able to add new personal computers, tablets, printers, and smart phones to networkAdd, delete, change user account and permissions in Active Directory, Banking applications, and other business applicationsSupport a wide variety of banking and business applicationsInstall and update applications for new workstationsHelp with physical computer, printer, and phone moves in and between offices if necessaryComplete other duties as assigned.ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR DETAILS
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
One year relevant experience or equivalent IT or Systems post High School Training.Can work well independently and as a member of a project team.A complete and thorough understanding of Windows 10 Professional OS, familiarity with Windows Server 2012, 2016 helpful.A solid support based knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 and 365 Suites.A solid comfort level working with TCP/IP.Available to work outside Greenville Area which may include travel and/or overnight stays and flexible hours.Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to represent the Bank in a positive way in dealing with Clients and other team members.Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills are required. This is acquired through a High school diploma or equivalent.Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.Detail oriented and problem solver.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit a high degree of integrity.Able to lift technology equipment to include and not limited to computers, monitors, desktop printers, and scanners.WORK CONDITIONS
Ability to sit for long periods of time working at a computer and telephone.Some travel required.
