Job Summary:The Manager, Talent Acquisition - Established Markets will contribute to building the recruiting function, researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. They will oversee the recruitment process by managing a requisition load, leading a team of recruiters, and upholding the expectation of service for existing markets and centers of ArchWell Health. Responsibilities will include coordinating hiring efforts, strategizing recruitment plans, mentoring recruiters, and optimizing the recruitment process in alignment with Talent Acquisition objectives and ArchWell Health goals. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, implement best practices, and maintain a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment lifecycle.A positive, can-do attitude is essential to performing well in this role. ArchWell Health is a high growth company, and the staffing plans and timelines are aggressive. An earnest interest in putting in the work, collaborating across the enterprise and having fun while building a company will be imperative for success.Duties/Responsibilities:Lead and mentor of recruiters under the Established Market vertical.Ensure expectations of service are upheld in the recruitment process for existing market.Introduce new hiring leaders to ArchWell Health's Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce) and the Recruitment process.Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Source and screen applicants and recommend qualified candidates.Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.Manage the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with hiring leaders and interview panels.Collaborate with the hiring leader during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Design and participate in recruiting events for center openings across the country.Participate in the design of the recruitment brand, marketing and social media strategy and execution.Travel to centers for recruiting events will be required.
Required Skills/Abilities:Organized, systems thinker adept at understanding and documenting processes, and not afraid to suggest changes for improvement.Leadership ability to performance manage a team and mentor recruiters.Flexibility in juggling priorities of a rapidly growing business, with excellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth business, preferably healthcare related.Proven ability to deliver on aggressive hiring timelines to meet the needs of the business.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsWorking understanding of human resource principles, practices, and proceduresProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, and/or equivalent work experienceAt least five (5) years of experience managing all phases of the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process highly preferredExperience staffing field positions, leadership and healthcare-related roles.At least one (1) year experience in mentorship or leadership of recruiting team.Staffing agency experience is a plus.
