The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. Manage Jenius Bank's relationship with Sprinklr, interfacing with the vendor to build reports, troubleshoot publishing/monitoring issues, and lead efforts to optimize the use of the tool.Develop monthly reporting from platform and GA4 data to evaluate channel and content performanceParticipate in the end-to-end creation of social media content, including shepherding content approvals through legal and compliance, as needed.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIIES:
Run the operational side of Jenius Bank's social media platforms. This includes administering the business tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite) for paid and organic operations, interfacing with platform reps and agency partners.Monitor consumer engagement across platforms, leveraging Sprinklr tools, respond to consumers, and interface with customer service/customer experience teams for servicing and compliance-related issues.Manage Jenius Bank's relationship with Sprinklr, interfacing with the vendor to build reports, troubleshoot publishing/monitoring issues, and lead efforts to optimize the use of the tool.Develop monthly reporting from platform and GA4 data to evaluate channel and content performanceParticipate in the end-to-end creation of social media content, including shepherding content approvals through legal and compliance, as needed.POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience managing social media channel operations requiredUsing social media management tools such as Sprinklr to publish on and monitor social accountsPublishing, pulling metrics, platform management and troubleshooting with Meta Business Suite, YouTube management tools, and LinkedIn Business ManagerManaging a Reddit account would be a plusSetting goals for and measuring social performance using platform and web traffic metricsManaging monitoring routines, risk management, and interaction with legal and compliance teams in a regulated industryKnowledge about strategies for creating social media engagement, especially with a new brandCommunity management background a plusSocial media servicing a plusExperience with social media content creationPlanning and executing content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and/or LinkedIn (Examples of social media work you've worked on will be requested)Working with influencers a plusStrong knowledge of social media trendsExcellent project management skills with a history of successfully driving projects to completion.Process and metrics orientation with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExceptional oral and written communication skills desiredBachelor's degree requiredEOE STATEMENTWe are an equal employment opportunity employer.
