Join our dynamic team as an Entry Level Marketing Assistant This position is a valued member of the marketing and advertising department, providing a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in marketing.About the Role: The Entry Level Marketing Assistant role begins with comprehensive training that covers basic marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the training program, individuals will be considered for team lead positions within the marketing department. This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager .Key Responsibilities: Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns. Support customer acquisition and retention efforts. Manage the needs of external customers effectively. Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Drive sales through retail promotional campaigns. Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing. Collaborate with Brand Ambassador teams to strategize, execute, and manage campaigns. Interact with customers to understand their needs. Problem-solve and assess customer qualifications for in-store services (training provided). Conduct lead generation and maintain a robust client base for in-store services. Aid marketing and advertising associates with specific projects related to each client.
