As a dynamic, driven Executive Assistant (EA), you'll work with little direction to support several of our Managing Director and Partners (MDPs), ensuring they have what they need to seamlessly serve the needs of our clients and meet their internal commitments and goals. You will anticipate the needs of your MDP customers and look ahead to prevent problems before others even know they exist! This position involves heavy scheduling (and rescheduling) of internal and client meetings, booking (and unbooking) travel, managing case team logistics, keeping track of time and expenses, and keeping up with the fast pace of our Consulting Team.
While each of your MDPs will be based in another city and will spend much of their time visiting clients around the world, back at home base (the Nexus Atlanta office) you will be surrounded by a smart, team-oriented, and fun group of fellow assistants and Business Services Team (BST) colleagues.
We operate in a hybrid model, meaning you'll be in the office about half of the time and have flexibility to work remotely (if you choose) for the other part of the week. EAs help shape our culture by actively participating in office life and collaborating across functions to help fellow Business Services Team members. Our philosophy is to grow by growing others, and you will serve as role models to more junior members of the Administrative Services Team. We work hard together, and we go out of our way to support each other - we want everyone to be successful, individually and as a team.

Compensation Information:Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG's Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
