We are seeking a skilled
ServiceNow Performance Analytics Consultant/Developer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing performance analytics solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will play a crucial role in helping organizations leverage data insights to improve service delivery and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities :Performance Analytics Configuration :
Design and configure
Performance Analytics dashboards
and
indicators
within the ServiceNow platform.Create
KPIs, metrics, targets, and scorecards
to monitor business processes and track performance.Define
time series
to measure performance over time and identify trends.Configure and customize
automated data collection
jobs and scheduled tasks for timely reporting.
Data Analysis & Reporting :
Gather business requirements and translate them into Performance Analytics reports.Design and build
customized reports ,
dashboards , and
visualizations
to meet business needs.Perform data analysis to identify gaps, areas for improvement, and key success factors.
Process Improvement :
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and optimize their reporting needs.Utilize Performance Analytics to drive
data-driven decision-making
and continuous process improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Performance Analytics solutions across various ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, GRC, HRSD).Provide guidance and training to end-users and stakeholders on Performance Analytics capabilities.
Customization & Scripting :
Develop and maintain
custom scripts
to enhance Performance Analytics capabilities as per client requirements.Manage and troubleshoot
PA scripts, widgets, and visualizations .
Optimization :
Identify and implement optimization techniques to ensure
data accuracy ,
consistency , and
system performance .Continuously refine and update analytics as business needs evolve.
Integration :
Ensure that Performance Analytics integrates seamlessly with other ServiceNow modules and external data sources.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Experience :
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, with a focus on
Performance Analytics .Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including
ITSM ,
ITOM , and
GRC .
Technical Skills :
Expertise in configuring
Performance Analytics indicators ,
widgets , and
dashboards .Strong knowledge of
JavaScript ,
Glide API , and
ServiceNow Scripting .Hands-on experience with
reporting tools
and data
visualization
techniques.
Analytical Skills :
Strong data analysis and
problem-solving
abilities.Experience defining and creating
KPIs
and performance metrics.
Communication & Collaboration :
bility to work with business users and gather requirements effectively.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications :
ServiceNow Certified
System Administrator
(CSA) - required.ServiceNow Certified
Application Developer
(CAD) - preferred.Performance Analytics certification or related experience is highly preferred
