Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.We are seeking an RN join our Fruitland Health Plaza Urgent Care Clinic team!POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS: As an RN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information. You will work alongside a provider and medical assistant in providing urgent care to patients. You will also be responsible for triage calls for the clinic and other locations as needed.Our ideal candidate has the ability to make decisions and take action in stressful situations, while providing outstanding customer service. He or she needsAbout This Position:Located on Northwest 16th Street just across the Snake River from the I-84 exit in Ontario, Fruitland Health Plaza serves the rural area of SW Idaho and SE Oregon. In addition to urgent care, this location provides family medicine, occupational medicine and orthopedic services.SCHEDULE: 3 12 hour shifts 7am to 7pm. Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.General Requirements:Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.Education:An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNELicense/Certification: Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of startingBasic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hireHIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS: When Saint Alphonsus takes care of you, you can take better care of our patients.
