A minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation (5+ years preferred)Licensed and in good standing with the Mississippi State BarDemonstrated success in jury trialsStrong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of EvidenceExperience drafting and responding to legal motionsEducation
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive membership in the Mississippi State BarCertifications
Licensed to practice law in MississippiSkills
Excellent oral and written communication skillsStrong analytical and legal research abilitiesEffective negotiation and mediation skillsAbility to manage a caseload independentlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailTeam player with a collaborative approach
