Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity, securities, and general corporate work.
