NBCUniversal is a subsidiary of Comcast Corporation.NBC Sports is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to join the CRM team. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to execute campaigns, develop actionable insights, and optimize CRM efforts to drive engagement and fandom.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in planning and execution of email marketing campaignsLiaise with various NBC Sports business units to support CRM plans around key programming and milestonesConduct quality assurance of all email campaignsCoordinate and organize digital assets for email campaignsCollect and evaluate email reporting metricsMaintain the email calendar and send out weekly updates to the Marketing teamEnsure that daily email activities are completed and deployed on timeOrganize the distribution of daily, weekly, monthly newslettersKeep up with the latest email best practices and marketing trendsTroubleshoot and fix any problems during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emailsManage the end-to-end email production process through successful conceptualizing, coding, editing, QA, and deploymentFacilitate the approval process and implement all revisionsCoordinate newsletter content, schedules, and deployments across multiple brandsAssist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key email marketing metricsWork closely with creative project management and internal stakeholders to track and ensure assets and feedback are delivered on timeWorking knowledge of email service provider (Salesforce) to create automations and journeys, set up A/B tests, and build customer segmentsEnsure that marketing materials comply with all brand and style guidelinesBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experienceMinimum one (1+) year relevant email production experienceKnowledge of Salesforce, ESPs, and Adobe PhotoshopExcellent written and verbal communication including strong copywriting, editing, grammar, and proofreading skillsDesired CharacteristicsExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsSelf-starter with strong attention to detail and a curiosity to learnWorks well under tight deadlines and in a high-growth environmentMust have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United StatesMust be 18 years or olderHybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
