Additionally, supports Insider Threat professionalization services, certification programs, and education and outreach activities.Instruct modules in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.Facilitate breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.Update Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.Administer government Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs.Register and communicate with prospective and current students.Set up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.Establish and disseminate the course calendars.Distribute course certificates and surveys.Edit and refresh Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides, to include conducting focus groups, designing and disseminating surveys, analyzing survey results, and writing reports.Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional Program, to include participating in bi-weekly phone calls, conveying customer interests, coordinating governance meetings and reviewing technical reports.Contribute to and attend IC events including the Insider Threat Data Analysis Working group and the 811 Conference.Participate in planning and executing National Insider Threat Awareness Month events.Education and Experience:Requires a BS/BA with 7+ years’ experience or 9+ years with no degree.Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph.

RequiredPrevious instructor and training administration experience

preferred .Previous experience in the Intelligence Community

preferred .Proficient in MS Office.Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
