As a Customer Order Senior Application Engineer, you will be providing design documents, schemes, and technical drawings while taking care of the work preparation for ATO, ETO, and/or MTS projects, in accordance with applicable procedures and guidelines, so that the information package for production (assembly) is available on time for Switchgear product lines.What you’ll do:
Primary design of switchboard, switchgear, or substations by creating detailed Single Line Diagram, Interlocking philosophy, Protection relay logic, and guidance for electrical and mechanical design engineers.Ensure received information from customer specifications, application, mechanical, and electrical engineering completeness.Electrical Wiring Scheme/technical design, layout design with EPLAN, SEE ELECTRICAL, AutoCAD, etc. software.Bill Of Material and proper Product ERP Configuration Creation.Compiling an information package for production (assembly and testing): electrical plans supplemented with mechanical drawings, where necessary with instructions.Checking the information on the network for production assembly (drawings, diagrams, customer specifications, test instruction, and interlocking logic diagram).Starting up purchase order recommendations and ERP approvals for the orders to be executed.Ensuring that all new functionalities from an electrical testing perspective are properly industrialized, working with Operational Excellence. Ownership of strategy to quantify the number of required resources at each competency.Collaboration with all stakeholders involved (application engineering, electrical engineering, order management, planning, supply chain, and assembly) on both technical matters and process, planning-related matters.Qualifications:
BS or MS degree in Electrical, Electrical Electronics, Power System, Mechatronics, or Automation engineering.At least 2 years of experience in similar positions and 5 years in total.Skills:
Electrical test equipment knowledge and experience on how to use properly and safely, Power System, Protection Relays, Medium Voltage distribution, Low Voltage distribution.Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Planning and organization, problem-solving, communication, ability to persuade, attention to detail, analytical thinking, teamwork, management skills, production management.Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse, and matrix-based organization.Advanced English level.Applicable procedures, company rules, guidelines, (national and international) laws and regulations, norms and standards, safety, quality, and environmental regulations.Experience in 2D and 3D CAD previewing systems, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and ERP software.What we offer:
