About SolayerSolayer is the leading restaking network on Solana, empowering decentralized applications (dApps) with optimized network bandwidth while simultaneously securing Solana’s Layer 1. Our mission is to help dApps on Solana achieve higher block space allocation and ensure prioritized transaction inclusion.
The RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Product Designer to craft innovative, user-centric product experiences that align with Solayer’s mission. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, high-impact designs for new features and improvements related to our restaking platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate product vision into compelling designs that resonate with users and support Solayer’s objectives.
What You Will Do
Design Ownership : Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives, from concept through to execution.
Prototyping & Wireframing : Build prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly convey design ideas and user flows.
User-Centric Approach : Gather user insights and feedback to refine designs and enhance usability.
Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner with our product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
Design Language Maintenance : Ensure consistency and cohesion across Solayer’s visual identity, evolving our design language as needed.
Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates a range of successful product designs.
Expertise in Figma and other design tools, with a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
Proven experience in translating complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.
A proactive, collaborative approach to working with team members across different functions.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design choices clearly and persuasively.
