The Opportunity: As an experienced Machine Learning Engineer, you know that machine learning is critical to understanding and processing massive datasets. Your ability to conduct statistical analyses on business processes using ML techniques makes you an integral part of delivering a customer-focused solution. We need your technical knowledge and desire to problem-solve to support the development of our AI-enabled application, LabelLogic. As a technical lead on our team, you’ll lead the development and progress of an advanced AI-Enabled solution. In this role, you’ll own and define the direction of mission-critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. You’ll be part of a large community of machine learning engineers across the firm and collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, solutions architects, and product owners to deliver world-class solutions to enhance AI-driven capabilities, perform A/B testing tasks on statistical models, ML algorithms, and systems. Your advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise will guide clients as they navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Work with us to solve real-world challenges and define ML strategy for national security. Join us. You Have: 7+ years of experience in software development, AI and machine learning applications Experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages Experience with Langchain and LangGraph libraries in real-world applications Experience in managing technical teams and driving complex projects Experience in architecting containerized applications Experience in working with large language models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and data science workflows Ability to address and resolve unbounded technical issues and problem solve Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Nice If You Have: Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end web frameworks Experience with business development and interfacing with clients Experience with Navy IT systems Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Experience with REST APIs Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automation processes Possession of a strong innovation mindset Possession of strong communication skills, including public speaking Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
