Applicants must be available to work in Miami– Thursday, with work from home on Friday.Position SummaryAre you ready to make a significant impact by managing a talented team of project managers? As the Manager, Talent Program Management, you'll steer our Talent and Learning & Development (L&D) projects to success, ensuring they align seamlessly with our organizational goals. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Talent Strategy & Operations, your role will be crucial in driving our team's success and fostering a culture of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPeople Management: Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of project managers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.Strategic Planning: Support the build and execution of strategic plans for Talent and L&D projects, ensuring they align with the broader objectives of the organization.Communication: Champion clear and effective communication within your team and with stakeholders.Team Management: Motivate and guide your team (3-5 direct reports) with strong decision-making skills and an inspiring leadership style.Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting processes and ensure optimal resource allocation.Performance Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project progress and performance.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Talent team and the rest of the organization.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.Leadership and People Management: Proven experience in managing and leading project teams, with exceptional people management skills.Strategic Planning: Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans for talent and L&D projects.Communication: Stellar verbal and written communication skills.Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Extensive experience in budgeting and resource allocation.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization.We know there's a lot to consider.
