This position requires expert-level proficiency in classification systems, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced skills in content formatting and dissemination.Primary responsibilities:Ability to support shift work schedule (11 pm–7 am).Process layout, publish, and distribute intelligence content, ensuring accurate formatting and consistent dissemination across appropriate channels.Provide professional intelligence processing, layout, publishing, and dissemination services for high-impact content delivery.Utilize Intelligence Community (IC) tools and platforms to effectively review, format, and disseminate intelligence products, ensuring appropriate classification and targeted distribution.Manage web content on a variety of classified websites; post a variety of products to appropriate networks and identify which products to disseminate to which networks; archive copies to appropriate storage areas.Ensure all electronic products are correctly classified, free of typographical or formatting errors, and devoid of hidden character sets.Respond to taskings to identify and print products for designated customer sets and support the Intelligence Community (IC) collaboration meetings.Update web delivery portals based on evolving tasks and requirements.Required Qualifications:Master’s degree with 10+ years or 24 years with no degree.
RequiredPhD with 7+ years, or 16+ years of experience with no degree.
RequiredACTIVE TS/SCI with Poly level clearance is
Required .Expert-level experience in classification guidelines, meta-tagging, and the use of IC dissemination tools and platforms.Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word.Foundational knowledge of Adobe Acrobat; experience with Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Suite is highly desirable but not mandatory.Familiarity with classified IC dissemination platforms, information-sharing rules, and IC Markings System Register and Manual Standards.Preferred Skills:Experience with Adobe Photoshop or the broader Adobe Suite to assist in content presentation.Strong attention to detail and high proficiency in error-checking content prior to dissemination.Knowledge of web-based and electronic publishing best practices for intelligence products.
