We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated
Service Drive Manager
who will oversee our 20+ Service Advisors, help run the flow of the service drive, and ensure our customers receive great service. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in automotive dealership service. The Service Drive Manager position could be an ideal position for an experienced Service Advisor that is ready to take the next step.

Responsibilities - Service Drive Manager:
Ensuring that customers are greeted promptly, and advisors follow the standardized walk around write up processCoach and mentor service advisors with selling and customer service skillsOverseeing the repair order processes, and production of service advisors to maintain proper function of the service department.Overseeing use of x-time with media being sent out to our customer.Ensuring that productive communication between company personnel and customers is performed in a timely manner.Making sure advisors maintain Repair Order documentation, and that all B.A.R compliance procedures are followed.Help facilitate and increase service drive sales and maintain top CSI standards.Produce an environment which is conducive to managing daily workflow effective and efficiently.Partner with all dealership personnel to ensure superior quality of service is delivered.Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations.Perform other duties as assigned.
