Tax Associate Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Tax Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of diversified transactional tax experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership, real estate, and/or corporate tax matters. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Experience at Am Law 200 firms is preferred. A high level of academic achievement is expected, and an LL.M. in tax law is advantageous.
