The team is responsible for developing and supporting innovative business and technical led solutions for our Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Support & Legal business functions with Salesforce being the primary platform alongside other innovative platforms like SnapLogic, CPQ - Conga/Apttus, Reltio, Heroku, CLM, AWS, OKTA (SSO) and other.

About the RoleThe Business Systems Analyst acts as a liaison between Go To Market(GTM) and the business functions to analyze complex business problems and provide cost effective techno-functional solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements by gathering enough information to define a solution and drive clarity to make rational decisions. Solution focus areas include Salesforce (Sales Cloud,, Lightning, Content Management). Plan and manage small and medium projects, in coordination with technical and business teams.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Legal, finance and Sales Operations team, along with other groups, as necessary, to ensure the requirements are understood and documented.

Be an authority figure in both functional and solution analysis and light design for the Salesforce platform, and related technical areas listed.

Partner with customers to shape requirements and ensure alignment with business/technology strategy and planned initiatives.

Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements.

Evaluate and address multi-functional and cross-system dependencies

Understand business requirements, creating/grooming user stories, and partnering with the Development team to deliver a solution and a plan.

Leverage business knowledge and expertise to find opportunities for process improvements; serve as a trusted technology advisor for business users.

Participate in the change management and launch support processes.

Maintain a high-level familiarity with other IT system / business application capabilities and scope definition in order to make recommendations re: upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points.

Coordinate and perform system testing to ensure requirements are met. Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off

About YouBasic Qualifications5+ years of experience in business analysis or related field

3+ years experience with Salesforce or CRM, Sales in an Enterprise IT environment

5+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical degree

Other QualificationsSalesforce, CPQ, CLM and Agile knowledge and execution

Ability to lead and drive key customer engagement discussions, as well as, quick learner, think creatively, and bring new insights to discussion

Ability to own more than one project at a time

Salesforce Admin Certification (201) a plus

Conga CPQ & CLM Certified a plus
