Represent lenders, servicers, and investors in commercial real estate finance transactions, with a focus on CMBS loansDraft and review documents related to commercial real estate finance transactions, ensuring accuracy and complianceConduct due diligence and provide legal guidance throughout various stages of commercial real estate transactionsCollaborate with other attorneys and practice groups to provide comprehensive legal support on client mattersMaintain client relationships and work closely with clients to achieve their business and legal objectivesRequirements

At least two years of experience in commercial real estate finance, particularly with CMBS loansStrong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in the practice of lawAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environmentDesire to contribute to a collaborative team and develop expertise in real estate finance lawEducation
